Farmehr Farhour

Farmehr Farhour is a co-founder and CTO at Kara Technologies Ltd since December 2017, and a member of the Leadership Network at the Asia New Zealand Foundation since March 2020. Additionally, Farmehr has held the position of Fellow at the Edmund Hillary Fellowship since March 2019, focusing on high-impact entrepreneurship and collaborative solutions to global challenges. Previous experience includes roles as a Specialist Machine Vision Engineer at Camsensor Technologies and Software Engineer Internships at Navico. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) and Bachelor of Commerce Conjoint from The University of Auckland, as well as an exchange program in Computer Engineering at the University of California, Davis, and a High School Diploma from Carey Baptist Grammar School. Farmehr participated in the Startmate accelerator program in 2022.
