Ajay Ahuja, MD, MBA, currently serves as Vice President of Clinical Development at Kardigan, a patient-driven heart health company that launched in January 2025. Prior to this role, Ahuja held various leadership positions, including Head of US Medical Affairs at Idorsia Pharmaceuticals Ltd, where the Medical Affairs function was built from the ground up, resulting in the launch of two drugs in Neuroscience and Cardiovascular therapy. Ahuja's extensive experience includes serving as Vice President of Medical Affairs at GSK and Allergan, Global Head of Medical Affairs at Takeda, and Director of Business Development at Tepha Inc. Ahuja has also worked in medical roles at Pfizer, Novartis, and Boston Children's Hospital, and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MD from Washington University School of Medicine, a BS in Psychology and German from Duke University, and a Certificate in Neuroscience from Duke University.
