Nicole Wilson

Nicole Wilson is a seasoned talent management professional with extensive experience in recruitment and acquisition. Currently serving as the Manager of Talent at Kardium Inc. since December 2023, Nicole has previously held roles at KPMG Ireland from April 2021 to October 2023, where responsibilities included Recruitment Assistant Manager and Recruitment Specialist. Additionally, Nicole worked at Shaw Academy as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and at Impact Recruitment (North America) as a Strategic Account Manager. Early career positions included Assistant Manager and Management Assistant at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Nicole holds a Bachelor's degree in Retail and Services Management from Technological University Dublin, earned between 2011 and 2015.
