Erwin Huang

Erwin Huang is a Technical Lead at Kargo Technologies since June 2021, where a team of 7 is led in optimizing the fulfilment side of shipments between transporters and shippers. An innovative WhatsApp chatbot was developed under Erwin's leadership, leveraging natural language processing to enhance user experience and automate order integration. Previously, as a Senior Backend Engineer, Erwin designed and maintained a Door to Door shipping module and improved operational productivity through various bulk upload modules while mentoring backend engineers. Erwin also contributed significantly as a Back End Developer on a logistics management system, implementing essential modules and enhancing the end-to-end shipment journey. Prior experience includes a Full Stack Engineer role at PT Cipta Global Digital and an internship as a Software Engineer at PT. TELKOM AKSES. Erwin holds a degree from Institut Teknologi Bandung, completed in 2016.
