Sarah Millington

Sarah Millington currently serves as the Senior Manager of People Operations and HR Business Partner at Kargo, a position held since June 2022. Prior to this role, Sarah was the Human Resources Manager at Waterkeeper Alliance, where extensive HR programs and processes were developed, including the implementation of a new HRIS and a performance review structure. Previous experience includes serving as HR Engagement Manager for the East Coast and Canada at NCC Group, focusing on employee engagement and mental health initiatives, as well as roles in office operations and financial management at GroupM. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Gordon College and has also completed coursework at the Los Angeles Film Studies Center.
