Diana Skakavac is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in content development, entrepreneurship, and customer service. Currently serving as a Content Developer for Have Coupons Will Travel since February 2021 and as the Founder & Product Manager at Grasshopper Goods since November 2019, Diana focuses on amplifying product availability in Canadian e-commerce markets and identifying trending products with a growth mindset approach. Diana also acts as a Brand Representative for Karma Casting since December 2018 and previously held the role of Customer Service Supervisor at The Chesterfield Shop Ltd, where complaint resolution was a key focus. Diana began a career in retail as a Cashier at Loblaw Companies Limited in 2012. Educationally, Diana is pursuing an ACPL in Airline/Commercial/Professional Pilot and Flight Crew at Spectrum Airways, while holding a Bachelor of Applied Science in Foods, Nutrition, and Wellness Studies from Ryerson University and additional certifications in French Proficiency and Food Security from the G. Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education at Toronto Metropolitan University.
