Kim Thompson has a diverse work experience in the marketing and sales industry. Kim started their career as the National Manager of Business Development at Consumer Impact Marketing in 2004. Kim then worked as a Regional Manager and later as an Account Director at the same company. In 2011, Kim joined Mosaic Sales Solutions as a Director. In 2012, they became the Managing Director for Procter & Gamble at CROSSMARK. Kim later held the positions of Vice-President of the Procter & Gamble Division, Vice-President of Client Services, and Senior Vice-President of Business and Client Development at CROSSMARK. Most recently, Kim Thompson has been serving as the President of Karma Casting since 2018.
Kim Thompson attended Queen's University from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts Honours (BAH) degree in Political Studies.
