Maya Sahray has been working in the data and analytics field since 2007. Maya began their career at Bezeq - The Israeli Telecom (wireline) as a Marketing Analyst, where they built and analyzed data reports using Oracle PL/SQL and SAS. Maya also established a measurement system for the online activity using Webtrends, Google Analytics as well as implementing a Splunk system. Maya then moved on to the Private Customers Sector Division, where they were a Team Leader & Analyst, and was responsible for forecasting and planning annual, monthly and daily activities for Call centers, as well as establishing a planning and control system for Field Technician activities. In 2014, they joined Buynando as a BI Data Analyst, and in 2016 they co-founded iKnowlogy, where they were the COO. Most recently, they were appointed Director of Data at Karma in 2022.

Maya Sahray has a B.A. in Management and Economics from The Open University - Israel.
