Tara Newman has extensive work experience in various roles related to marketing, global events, and partner development. Tara most recently worked at Kaseya as the Vice President of Marketing - Global Events, where they were responsible for overseeing global events and partner development. Prior to this, they held positions at RapidFire Tools, where they served as the Director of Global Product Marketing and later as the Director of International Sales and Marketing. Before that, Tara worked at ConnectWise as an International Marketing Manager, focusing on marketing strategies for international distributors. Tara also co-founded the Global Women's Network and worked as a Program Consultant at Leading Authorities, Inc. Additionally, they gained experience in communications and research management at the National Academy of Public Administration. Tara began their career as a Development Assistant at the University of Tampa and interned at NYU Medical Center's Office of Development.

Tara Newman began their education at Olympic Heights High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma in 2002. Tara went on to attend the University of Tampa from 2002 to 2007, earning both a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and a Bachelor of Art degree in English. Following this, Tara pursued further studies at American University from 2007 to 2009, obtaining a Master's degree in Public Administration with a focus on International Development and Non-Profit Management.
