Faythe Ventresca has extensive experience in product development and production coordination within the fashion industry. Currently serving in dual roles at KASSATEX NEW YORK since August 2018, Faythe manages production sample tracking, approvals, and resolves production issues with various departments and overseas partners. Previous experience includes a Production Assistant role at Haute Hippie, where responsibilities encompassed communication with factories, managing size breaks and cost sheets, and overseeing the timely approval process of samples. Faythe began the career as a Wholesale Sales Intern at Haute Hippie, contributing to various organizational and administrative tasks. Other experiences include directing production teams for LIM College Fashion Show and volunteering for multiple fashion events, highlighting a strong foundation in fashion logistics and event coordination. Faythe holds a degree from LIM College, completed between 2014 and 2017.
