Zoe Lu has extensive experience in digital entrepreneurship and innovation, currently serving in the Digital Entrepreneurship Program at infoDev, The World Bank Group, since May 2013. Responsibilities include providing implementation support to incubators in Sub-Saharan Africa, designing investment readiness curricula, supervising grants, and leading studies on mobile innovation ecosystems. Previous experience includes an MBA from Georgetown University, a summer associate position at The Tony Elumelu Foundation, and roles as an account executive at Wunderman-Team Detroit and a marketing analyst at Overstock.com. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Comparative Literature from the University of Michigan.
