Matthew D'Amore has been in the workforce since 2011. Matthew began their career as a Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Matthew then moved up to Assistant Manager and eventually Branch Manager at the same company. In 2016, they moved to Enterprise Holdings as a National & Alamo Branch Manager, where they managed a fleet size of 6k and placed in the top 25 airports nationwide. In 2018, they returned to Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Branch Manager, where they opened a brand new multi-million dollar store and turned the branch from a bottom performer to a place where people came to have fun and get promoted. In 2021, they joined Better as a Loan consultant associate, helping people achieve their dream of home buying. Currently, they are a Client Success Manager at Katapult.

Matthew D'Amore obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of South Carolina-Columbia between 2001 and 2006. Matthew also holds a Loan Originator, Mortgage certification from the NMLS, obtained in January of 2022.
