Michelle Mount

Michelle Mount is a seasoned legal professional specializing in capital markets and securities regulation. Currently serving as a Capital Markets Associate at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP since December 2022, Michelle has previous experience with Clifford Chance in the US Regulatory and Funds and Investment Management groups, where responsibilities included managing closed-end fund IPOs and engaging with multiple underwriting banks. Prior experience also includes an externship with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's Enforcement Division, where Michelle conducted analysis to support enforcement actions, and a summer associate position at Clifford Chance Americas focusing on cryptocurrency transactions. Earlier roles include regulatory work at FINRA, Bats Global Markets, and a legal assistant position at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP.
