Scott Resnik is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and white-collar criminal practice. Currently serving as a Partner and Co-Chair of the New York Litigation Department at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP since September 2005, Scott also holds the position of National Chair of the White Collar Criminal Practice. Prior to this, Scott was an Assistant U.S. Attorney at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of New Jersey from February 1999 to August 2005. Additionally, Scott contributed to legal education as an Assistant Adjunct Professor of Legal Writing at Fordham Law School from 2003 to 2007.
