Heinz Kruse has extensive experience in quality management and supply chain development, currently serving as the Director of Supply Base Development Global at Kautex Textron since October 1998. Previous roles include Senior Manager Warranty Global, where responsibilities included managing global warranty performance and identifying cost drivers. As Director of Quality for Europe & South America, Heinz oversaw the Advanced Quality Planning Process for projects in those regions, ensuring important product characteristics were adequately validated. Additionally, as Director of Product Quality, Heinz implemented the planning process globally. Early in the career, Heinz managed supplier development activities as a Manager/Director and conducted quality audits as a Quality Engineer. Prior to Kautex Textron, Heinz worked at DGUV as a Project Engineer, helping companies achieve ISO 9001 certification.
