Joanilson Araújo has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Joanilson started their career at Swatch Group in 2000 as a Controller. From 2002 to 2007, they worked as a Controller at Nalco Water, An Ecolab Company. In 2007, they joined Cummins as a CFO and held the position until 2011. From 2011 to 2015, they were the CFO at Greif. Afterwards, they worked at SANY Group as a CFO from 2015 to 2016. Currently, they hold the position of CFO at Kautex Textron since 2016.
Joanilson Araújo has an MBA in Controlling from USP - Universidade de São Paulo. Joanilson also has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from USP and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado. In addition, they have certifications as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and from ILSC - International Language Schools of Canada.
