Raul Pineda

Raul Pineda is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across the automotive and logistics industries. Currently serving as CEO Canada and VP of North America at KB Components since March 2016, Raul oversees total P&L accountability for Mexico and drives productivity improvements, leadership development, and strategic business growth. Previously, Raul founded and managed MCP - Logistics & Services, focusing on integrated logistics solutions and customer satisfaction. At Donaldson LATAM, Raul held roles from Managing Director in Brazil to Supply Chain Director, where significant improvements in customer service and operational efficiency were achieved. Early career positions included Plant Manager and Launch/Project Manager at Lear Corporation and a role at Yazaki North & Central America. Raul holds an MBA and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
