Esther Rodriguez

Esther Rodriguez has significant experience in credit analysis and risk management within the banking sector, currently serving as Innovation Manager at KBC Bank & Verzekering since July 2015. Prior roles include Assistant Vice-President in the Credit Analysis Department at Antwerp Diamond Bank and Business Credit Service Manager at Banco de Credito del Peru, where responsibilities included approving credit proposals and analyzing credit risk for various business segments. Esther also held positions as Business Credit Risk Chief at Banco de Crédito BCP and Credit Risk Senior Analyst at Banco de Credito del Perú. Esther holds dual MBA degrees from Maastricht School of Management and Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
