Sven Vermeulen

Sven Vermeulen is an accomplished Enterprise Architect at KBC Bank & Verzekering, with extensive experience in infrastructure services, including on-premise and cloud platforms. Since August 2005, Sven has progressed through various roles such as IT Infrastructure Architect and ICT Architect, focusing on compliance, big data, analytics, and sustainability in infrastructure. Prior to KBC, Sven contributed to Gentoo Linux as a Developer and later led the Gentoo Documentation Project, earning recognition as a Trustee for the Gentoo Foundation. Sven holds a Master of Science in Enterprise Architecture from Inno.com and an MS in Computer Engineering from Ghent University.
