Samneang Samnang is a seasoned professional in biopharmaceutical manufacturing with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Manufacturing Operations at KBI Biopharma since January 2025, Samnang oversees commercial operations for monoclonal antibody production in a cGMP environment, managing a staff of over 140. Previous positions include Sr. Director at Rentschler Biopharma SE, Head of Gene Therapy Manufacturing at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies, and various roles at AstraZeneca, where responsibilities encompassed the oversight of production and research in monoclonal antibodies and cell banking. Early career experience includes significant contributions at GSK and Human Genome Sciences, along with research roles at the Institute of Human Virology. Samnang holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Providence College.
