Shaunak Uplekar

Shaunak Uplekar has extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Associate Director at KBI Biopharma since November 2013, where previous roles included Principal Scientist, Senior Scientist, and Process Development Scientist I and II. Prior to this, Shaunak completed a PhD in Chemical Engineering at the University of Maryland Baltimore County from 2007 to 2013, after earning an M. Tech in Bioprocess Technology and a B. Tech in Chemical Technology (Food Engineering) from the Institute of Chemical Technology in Mumbai, India. Early professional experience includes internships at Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd and Hindustan Lever Research Center.
