Christopher Pellow

Christopher Pellow has worked in the hospitality industry for over nine years. Christopher began their career in 2012 as an Assistant Manager at Browns Bar and Brasserie. In 2013, they moved to Jamies Italian as a Waiter. In 2015, they were promoted to Assistant Manager at Cha chaan teng. In 2018, they were promoted to General Manager at SPLENDID RESTAURANTS (ABSURD BIRD) LIMITED. In 2021, they began working as an Operations Performance at Kbox Global.

Christopher Pellow attended City of Glasgow College from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Meeting and Event Planning.
