Cameron Kramer

Cameron Kramer is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at KBR, Inc. since February 2023. Previously, Cameron held the position of Sr. Manager of Human Resources at Torch Technologies, Inc., leading a 15-person department and focusing on updating compensation plans, automating administrative processes, and enhancing corporate culture. Additional experience includes roles as Manager of Administration at System Studies and Simulation, Inc., where duties involved creating a Comprehensive Compensation Plan, and as Director of Human Resources & Information Technology at Sigmatech, where Cameron overhauled HR processes and compliance systems. Cameron's earlier military experience includes roles such as G-3 Operations Officer in the Army and Chief of the Commander’s Initiative Group in Afghanistan. Cameron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master's in Human Resources Management from Troy University.
