Nichele Coleman

Nichele Coleman is a PMO Analyst Consultant at DTI (Diversified Technology Inc.) since September 2022, responsible for managing over 850 online RICEW objects within the SDLC phases and reporting build progress against planned dates. Prior experience includes serving as a Business System Analyst at DTI, where Nichele provided support for the Apollo/EAM Independent Deployment Analysis and managed Phase 1 project planning. Nichele worked as a Business Analyst at Banner Health, drafting BRD documents and developing test plans. Additionally, Nichele was a Program Analyst at the City of Philadelphia’s Department of Public Health, collaborating with stakeholders on healthcare software solutions and managing projects for over 140 staff. Experience also includes working as a Customer Success Associate and Case Management Analyst at Delaware County, Pennsylvania. Nichele holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
