Ryan McKenney

Ryan McKenney is an accomplished executive with extensive expertise in corporate development and mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as VP and Head of Corporate Development at KBR, Inc. since 2008. McKenney has led global M&A initiatives across Americas, EMEA, and APAC, overseeing target identification, due diligence, financial modeling, and transaction negotiations. Previously, McKenney held director-level positions within KBR focused on M&A and financial planning and analysis, and earlier roles included Associate Director at AT&T, where innovative business propositions were developed, and Assistant Vice President at JPMorgan, supporting strategic business development. McKenney holds a BA in Liberal Arts from Southwestern University, an MBA in Finance from the CT Bauer College of Business, and has completed executive education in Mergers & Acquisitions at London Business School, along with a Master of Education in Educational Psychology from the University of Houston.
