Brian Figueroa's work experience begins in 2011 at Georgia-Pacific LLC, where they held various transportation roles including Transportation Planning Specialist, Transportation Analyst, and Transportation Supervisor.

In 2015, they joined KBX Logistics LLC, a Koch Industries company, as a Logistics Team Leader. In this role, they managed transportation for the North American Consumer Products Group, Packaging Division, and Harmon in the Western region of the United States and Mexico. Brian also monitored key metrics, recruited for the company's internship program, and provided cost-effective transportation solutions. Brian held this position until 2020.

From 2016 to 2020, Brian served as a Regional Transportation Manager at KBX.

Starting in 2020, they took on the position of Director of Logistics at KBX, where they are responsible for transportation and logistics within Koch Industries. Brian manages over $650 million in annual freight spend and works with various companies within the Koch Industries portfolio.

In addition to their roles at KBX, Brian also has advisory and directorship positions. Brian is an Alumni Advisory Board Member at Grainger Center for Supply Chain Management and serves as a Director At Large on the Board of Directors for ASCM Fox Valley Forum.
