Ashley Lincoln

Ashley Lincoln is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and process improvement. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst in the Digital Transformation Office at KCI Technologies, Inc. since January 2014, Ashley has been instrumental in implementing technology initiatives for construction management, notably leading the development of the Mobile Field Solution application. Prior to this role, Ashley held various positions at Alban CAT for 14 years, including Process Improvement Specialist, Field Service Supervisor, and Product Support Administrator, where responsibilities ranged from workflow analysis and project leadership to customer service enhancement and sales support. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Baltimore and an Associate of Arts from the Community College of Baltimore County.
