Deborah Cranford

Deborah Cranford is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in construction inspection and project engineering. Since October 2015, Deborah has served as a Senior Construction Inspector IV at KCI Technologies, Inc., consulting for the Maryland State Highway, while also holding a position as Project Engineer at the Maryland State Highway Administration. In addition to this construction expertise, Deborah has worked as a licensed private investigator since July 2007, specializing in civil and criminal investigations. Previous roles include Human Resources Lead and Customer Service Supervisor at Kmart Corporation, Manager and Artistic Director at Nostalgia Cupcakes, and Director of Personalization at Pat's Hallmark. Deborah holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Architecture/Construction Management from Anne Arundel Community College, obtained between 2016 and 2020.
