Eddie Sun

Eddie Sun is a dedicated journalist with extensive experience in reporting, editing, and multimedia storytelling. Currently serving as a Report LA Fellow at KCRW since October 2023, Eddie previously worked as a Reporting Intern for The San Francisco Standard, covering a wide range of breaking news stories. At USC Annenberg Media, Eddie held several key positions, including Editor In Chief of Capsule Magazine, where the first literary non-fiction magazine was created, and Multimedia Journalist, winning a 2021 LA Press Club Award. Other notable roles include Atkinson Family Investigative Journalism Fellow, Newsgathering Intern at CNN, Teaching Assistant at USC Annenberg, and Creative Writer for Descent Magazine. Eddie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Southern California, graduating in May 2023.
