Jenae McCullen is a seasoned marketing and customer success professional with extensive experience in strategic partner marketing, account management, and customer success roles. Currently serving as the Strategic Partner Marketing Manager at Keap since August 2022, Jenae has previously held multiple positions at the same company, including Team Lead and Senior Customer Success Manager. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Account Manager at Collabera Inc. and roles as a Small Business Consultant and Territory Account Manager at Keap and Insight Global, respectively. Jenae's career began with a management internship at Nordstrom, and Jenae holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Consumer Science from the University of Arizona, earned in 2016.
