Aayushi Patel

Aayushi Patel is a Senior Corporate Counsel at Kearney, specializing in commercial transactions and risk management for operations in North and South America. Aayushi has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating various commercial agreements, including vendor and partnership contracts. Previously, Aayushi served as a Corporate Associate at Holland & Knight LLP, focusing on corporate governance and technology transactions, and as an Associate at Dykema, where responsibilities included managing legal diligence in mergers and acquisitions. Aayushi began the legal career as a Judicial Extern at Los Angeles Superior Court, where courtroom analysis and litigation strategies were studied. Aayushi holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois College of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
