Mauricio Zuazua

Mauricio Zuazua serves as Region Chair for the Middle East and Africa and Head of Automotive, Transportation & Infrastructure at Kearney, bringing over two decades of experience in policy, strategy, and organizational transformation across more than 20 countries. This expertise focuses on technology's role in accelerating economic development, enhancing competitiveness, and fostering industrial diversification. In addition to holding multiple leadership roles at Kearney, including Partner and Chair of the Finance & Audit Committee at Kearney Ventures, LLC, Mauricio contributed as a Lead Partner for the Future of Production Readiness at the World Economic Forum. Early career experience includes consultancy and project management at Freese and Nichols, emphasizing public-private partnerships and infrastructure planning. Mauricio holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
