Meltem Göksu Kandemir

Meltem Göksu Kandemir is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting and engineering. Currently serving as a Manager (Project Lead) at Kearney since March 2021, previous roles include Senior Consultant and Consultant. Prior to Kearney, Meltem worked at the Institut für Werkzeugmaschinen und Betriebswissenschaften, TUM, as a Student Research Assistant focusing on Industry 4.0 and Production Management and held a Working Student position at ROI Management Consulting AG, applying expertise in digitization, manufacturing, and supply chain management. Additional experience includes roles at Fraunhofer Venture and BMW Group, where Meltem was involved in business design and consultancy projects. Meltem holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Management from the Technical University of Munich, alongside a Master of Science in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Munich.
