Prior to this role, Chris was associated with Hewlett-Packard from November 2000 to September 2016 as a Project Manager and Deputy Program Manager, excelling in business development and project management, including the development of winning proposals and the start-up of new contracts within budget and timeline constraints. Chris began a career at EDS as a Systems Engineer from November 2000 to March 2003 and holds a Bachelor's Degree in International/Global Studies from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania, earned in 1997.
