Lynelle Takigawa

Lynelle Takigawa is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in clinical revenue integrity and patient access management. Currently serving as the Manager of Clinical Revenue Integrity at Keck Medicine of USC since November 2023, Lynelle previously held the position of Director of Patient Access, Revenue Integrity, and Patient Scheduling at Optum from April 2022 to November 2023. Lynelle's career at Marin General Hospital spanned over 16 years, during which various roles included Director of Revenue Integrity and Centralized Patient Scheduling, Manager of the Charge Master and Revenue Integrity Department, and Registered Nurse. Prior nursing roles were held at Mission Hospital and Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula. Lynelle is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing at Grand Canyon University, following prior education at Monterey Peninsula College.
