Carla Scali has extensive experience in pharmacology and toxicology, currently serving as Preclinical Pharmacology & Toxicology Manager at Kedrion Biopharma since November 2015. Prior to this role, Carla held the titles of Principal Scientist - Group Leader in the In vivo Pharmacology Unit and Senior Scientist at Siena Biotech from July 2003 to June 2015. Additionally, Carla worked at the University of Florence from 1996 to June 2003 as a Research Associate and Post-doc fellow. Carla Scali's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Pharmacology and Toxicology, a Post-Laurea School of Specialization in Pharmacology, and a Bachelor of Laws in Biological Science, all obtained from the Università degli Studi di Firenze, along with a post-graduate course focused on laboratory animal welfare and experimental procedures.
