Cédric Verleysen

Cédric Verleysen has been working in the field of computer vision since 2008. From 2008 to 2010, they were a Teacher Assistant (tutor) at the Université catholique de Louvain. During this time, they also completed their PhD research in computer vision, which aimed at generating virtual views in-between two cameras. Their research had international impacts, with articles in top-ranked conferences and journals. In 2015, they joined Keemotion as a Senior (R&D) software engineer. Their role involved improving the company's current products, such as their autonomous production technology and automatic collection of statistics.

Cédric Verleysen attended Collège Notre-Dame de Basse-Wavre (CNDBW) from 1997 to 2005. Cédric then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Electrical Engineering and Applied Mathematics at Université catholique de Louvain from 2005 to 2008. Cédric completed their studies at the same university with a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Electrical Engineering in 2010.
