Laura Barceló has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Laura currently works at Keepler Data Tech as a Talent Acquisition Specialist since September 2022. Prior to this, Laura worked at Innova-tsn from January 2020 to September 2022, where they held the position of Talent & Culture Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for internal consulting, recruiting, training, and personnel development. Laura also worked as a Human Resources intern at Getronics from October 2018 to February 2019. Additionally, they gained research experience as a Research intern at Deusto Business School from April 2018 to June 2018, and as an intern at the University of Deusto from October 2017 to March 2018.
Laura Barceló completed their education at the University of Deusto from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a Psychology degree with a Diploma of Specialisation in Organisational Psychology. Later, from 2019 to 2020, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resource Management/Administration at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
