Danny Ollier

Danny Ollier is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment marketing and talent strategy across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Recruitment Marketing at KeHE Distributors since March 2020, Danny is focused on enhancing KeHE's employee value proposition and candidate attraction initiatives. Prior roles in talent acquisition include leading teams for frontline and corporate recruitment at KeHE, driving the talent strategy for UL's digital transformation efforts, and managing talent acquisition functions at Scholle IPN and PepsiCo. Danny's career began as an Executive Recruiter at Smith Hanley Associates and progressed from a Bilingual Membership Representative to Supervisor at Nielsen Media Research. Danny holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Xavier University.
