Michael Scaduto

Michael Scaduto is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Senior Manager of Human Resources Information Systems at KeHE Distributors since March 2019. In this role, Michael oversees the strategic planning, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and compliance while managing a team of analysts. Previous positions include serving as an HRIS Manager and Regional Operations Lead in talent acquisition, demonstrating expertise in various HR solution platforms and full-cycle recruitment across multiple locations. Prior to KeHE, Michael worked at Target as an Executive Team Leader, where responsibilities included team performance management, recruitment, onboarding, and developing strategic programs to enhance employee engagement and reduce turnover. Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship from Northern Illinois University.
