Chuck has over 20 years of experience in the industry, having previously served as the CEO of Reading company from January 1981 to December 1991. Chuck has also been a part of Keiretsu Forum - Mid Atlantic for many years, and their extensive experience has helped him become an excellent leader.
Chuck Carter's educational career includes a Doctor of Law degree from DePaul University and a BEE from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
