John Renwick

John Renwick has been Acting Chief Financial Officer for Kellanova—previously Kellogg Company—since May 2025. He is a member of the executive committee. Before being named Acting CFO, Mr. Renwick spent eight years as Vice President, Investor Relations & Corporate Planning for Kellanova. He is a member of the executive committee.

Mr. Renwick joined Kellogg in 2000 as Vice President, Investor Relations and Competitive Analysis. In 2002, he also assumed responsibility for the company’s Corporate Planning, U.S. Planning, Corporate Strategy and Financial Media functions.

He went on to serve as Vice President, Sales Finance and Business Management, U.S. Morning Foods, in 2004, and was followed by a promotion to Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Kellogg Asia in 2006. From 2007 to 2009, he served as Kellogg Canada’s Vice President Finance & Administration, followed by the same role for Latin America, from 2010 to 2013.

He returned to the U.S. to serve as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Kellogg Snacks from 2013 to 2016, when he then moved to Vice President, Investor Relations & Corporate Planning.

Prior to coming to Kellogg, John worked as Vice President, Equity Research, for Morgan Stanley in New York, covering food and tobacco stocks. Prior to that, he worked in commercial banking for Chemical Bank in New York.

John became a Chartered Financial Analyst in 1993, and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Middlebury College.
