Sean Kitt, CSCP, currently serves as the Senior Director of Integrated Business Planning for Europe at Kellanova since March 2023. Prior to this role, Sean held several key positions at Molson Coors Beverage Company as Supply Planning Director for Central and Eastern Europe and at Mars, where responsibilities included Senior Supply Planning Manager and Supply Planning Workstream Lead in Global Supply Chain. Sean's extensive experience spans various aspects of supply planning, project management, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on developing customer-oriented operating models and optimizing supply chain strategies. Sean's career began in the Royal Marines and includes foundational roles in engineering and operations within the Wrigley and Brymon Airways firms. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Management from the University of Plymouth and multiple engineering certifications from City College Plymouth.
