Bruno Munoz is responsible for optimizing existing processes at Kelley Kronenberg and creating new methods to support legal operations and future growth. He develops consistent, organized and measurable processes to ensure the firm offers clients the most efficient legal services possible.
Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Bruno served as ERP Business Manager at a major South Florida university, where he also worked as a Process Innovation Architect. Prior, he gained experience as a Business Analyst and Manager of Operations, Strategic Programs & Process Improvement at a customer contact center.
Bruno received his Masters in Business Administration from E.S.C.A.E.T in Aix-en-Provence, France. In addition, he has earned his Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt and Master Black Belt, giving him the skills and insight to increase productivity and improve process optimization.
