Jason Chandler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and performance management within the telecommunications sector. As the Senior Director of Operations at Kelly Group since 2005, Jason has led a national team of 1600 employees, overseeing more than 8500 daily customer visits and consistently exceeding Client Key Performance Indicators. Prior to this role, Jason held the position of National Performance and Analysis Manager at NTL, where rapid career advancement occurred, culminating in the management of the National Fault Center's surveillance team and the production of critical performance reports. Jason's career began as a Technical Training Manager at Cable & Wireless, responsible for evaluating training needs and ensuring effective delivery across the organization. Jason holds an education from Crookhorn College, completed between 1984 and 1987.
