Todd Faucett is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in enterprise IT service operations, currently serving as IT Director for Global IT Services and Operations at Kelly since January 2007. Todd has a proven track record in managing diverse teams and improving IT service delivery, previously holding roles such as Director & Operations Lead for KellyConnect IT & Security and Sr. Operations Manager focused on asset management and IT stack support. Todd's expertise encompasses infrastructure management, vendor relations, process optimization, and customer support, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Oakland University and a COPC® Registered Coordinator Training certification.
