Jerome Castaing

Jerome Castaing is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in the food retail and technology sectors. As Co-Founder and Owner of KellyDeli since April 2010, Jerome has played a pivotal role in developing the company’s flagship brand, Sushi Daily, which is recognized as a leader in European fully-serviced sushi bars. Prior to KellyDeli, Jerome served as CEO and Co-Founder of Cisco from March 2005 to March 2010 and held the position of Strategic Alliances Manager at Hub Telecom from April 2003 to February 2005. Jerome's academic credentials include a Master of Science in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Télécom Paris and an MBA from INSEAD, along with participation in the International Directors Programme at INSEAD, focusing on Corporate Governance.
