Georgios Gkotsis

Georgios Gkotsis is a Chief Technology Officer at Kelpi, a company specializing in sustainable biomaterials with seaweed-based coatings. Prior to this role, Georgios held positions at Xampla, Unilever, and Procter & Gamble, working on product development and research in the field of sustainable materials and reducing plastic waste. Georgios holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Birmingham and has a background in engineering from the National Technical University of Athens. Additionally, Georgios served in the Greek Army for a brief period.
