Steve Carroll is the CEO and Co-Founder of Kelso Industries, established in 2021, which provides a range of mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, industrial, plumbing, and electrical services across the United States. As an Operating Partner at Oxbow Equity Partners since 2021, Steve focuses on the growth of Kelso Industries. Previously, as a Director at Walmart from 2014 to 2021, Steve successfully expanded a key business unit from $15 million to $250 million in EBITDA and increased enterprise value from $200 million to over $5 billion. Steve's extensive experience also includes positions in finance management at Dell, project management at C.W. Driver and Clyde Companies, and preconstruction management at Mortenson. Steve holds an MBA in Management and Marketing from Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business and a B.S. in Construction Management from Brigham Young University.
