Carlos Dias is a highly experienced software engineer with a strong background in developing and leading teams in the migration of legacy code to modern technologies, managing feature organization, and implementing backend applications. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Kelvin since April 2022, Carlos previously held senior engineering roles at DreamShaper and Hostelworld Group, where responsibilities included software development, team leadership, and maintenance of legacy products. Earlier positions include software development at Altice Labs and Agilitas Unipessoal, Lda., along with full-stack development at SimpleGray and web development at Primarius, Lda. Carlos holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Universidade de Aveiro, earned in 2007.
